The people who do the work.
Senior people, doing the work themselves. The substance of a requirement and the IT that carries it sit in the same group: a doctorate in environmental systems analysis who wrote the allocation rule in the MASSIV+ standard, and the architect who built the connector that applies it. Fifteen to twenty-five years each in their field. No junior layer on your delivery, and no ramp-up on your budget.

Backgrounds.
Birger Löfgren
PhD in environmental systems analysis from Chalmers, with fifteen years of sustainability data work at SKF Group, Chalmers and RISE before Icons Of. Leads the assignments and writes the MASSIV+ standard, including the allocation rule. Reads a requirement and turns it into what a system has to carry.
Lucas Hadin
Senior AI and data engineer, fifteen years across the analytics stack, previously at EA and in the gaming industry, building economies, models and the insights that changed how teams decided. Data models, ingestion and automation, and the translation of technical complexity for the people who have to act on it. Built most of the application that carries Scope 3 from purchase orders in an industrial group's own Azure.
Erik Knutsson Lillevang
Lead developer, fifteen years of fullstack development, system architecture and AI, from ad agencies, e-commerce and SaaS startups. Built The Cards' MCP server and its agent in Copilot and Teams, and shows the factor mapping on clients' own data.
Glenn Hafström
Backend and enterprise applications, twenty-five years in consulting, a long background at Microsoft as architect and technical specialist, and Power Platform architect. Built the dataspace connector in MASSIV+, and does the integration into the groups' existing IT landscapes.
Hans Andrée
Partnerships and relations. Ten years at Microsoft and in the Microsoft partner ecosystem, and ten years in operational roles in international industrial companies: leadership, business development and digital transformation. Owns the relations with Microsoft and the municipalities, and the market channel.
Interns, autumn 2026
Working on open data sources, templates for climate plans and improvement analysis, and municipal datasets, alongside the team on live projects rather than made-up exercises.
Alice Moss
Computer science from the University of Gothenburg, working in Python, Java and SQL, drawn to how data and technology turn into solutions that hold up in the real world. Competitive sailor in the 49erFX class.
Jonas Franzén
Environmental scientist and business economist, eight years at Göteborgsregionen with education for sustainable development. His master's thesis is a life cycle assessment of refurbished laptops, linear against circular cases, and he continues with a degree in economic history focused on the circular economy.
The network
Around the group is a network of specialists we bring in when an assignment needs them: lawyers in IT law and information security, and experts in environmental analysis. They are named on the assignment, with their consent, and work on it the way we do.
Joining
We recruit senior people who want to do the work themselves, in both directions: sustainability substance that can be expressed as data models, and engineering that can read a requirement. Write to info@iconsof.se.
