Start with a pre-study.

One requirement and a few units that volunteer. We read where the documents and the hours are today, show which units carry the result, and describe what a first version in your environment would be. Weeks, not quarters, and nothing changes in your systems until you decide.

A few weeks. Nothing changes in your systems.
  1. One requirement

A working session on Teams. The requirement is agreed and a few units volunteer.

    scope and units
  2. Their own files

The spreadsheets, invoices and exports the units work from today, read where they are.

    where the documents are
  3. A day on site

Interviews with a handful of units. One quarter followed from the first invoice to the figure sent up.

    where the hours are
  4. Decision material

The units that carry the result, a first version in your environment, what it takes, and the business case in hours.

    yours to keep

The pre-study, from one requirement to material you decide on.

What it asks of you, and what you get.

From you

A working session on Teams, a day on site, interviews with a handful of units, and their own files: the spreadsheets, the invoices and the exports they work from today.

From us

Where the documents and the hours are today, which units carry the result, what a first version in your environment would be, what it would take from your IT and from us, and the business case in hours.

What it costs

A fixed price, agreed before it starts. [Fixed price to confirm]

What happens after

What we write is yours, and nothing is built during the pre-study. You take the next step with us, with your own people, or with someone else. If it does not deliver what we promised, you stop there and keep what was written.

What it reads, for each part.

Emission factors

One year of your ledger. We show which accounts carry most of the result and how many hours the current factor work takes, and deliver a first factor table for the top accounts.

Reading source documents

One quarter of documents from one unit. We map where they come from and in what form, which sources are already structured, which supplier could send a report instead of a PDF, and the hours the reading and checking take. Someone at the unit writes down the correct answers for a sample of the documents, and we read the quarter against them, so you see what went through, what reached a person and what was missed.

Approvals and the trail

For Group Affairs and finance: who submits today, who approves, where the figure goes, what locks when, and what the spreadsheet records about any of it. Then what the first period would be in your environment, with its dates set and roles from your directory.

The revised ESRS

One report written under the 2023 structure. We run the map and show how many answers carry over clean, how many need a person and why, what the revised standard no longer asks of you, and what it asks that your report never held.

The Cards

Which standard applies, which datapoints you can already answer from the documents you have, and who is responsible for what. We read a quarter of your documents against the standard and show what is answered, what is missing and what a first report would be.

For IT, one review

One repository and its deployment, or one platform. The scope, the identity the review runs with, and where the AI passes run and with which models are agreed in writing before anything starts. Every finding verified, every decision with a reason, the findings mapped to your control requirements. Nothing changes in your systems until you merge the branch, and the plan is yours to run with us or without us. It is the smallest thing you can buy from us that shows how we work.

For a municipality

Shorter than for a group, and sized to fit a direct award. One year of the supplier ledger for the municipality or one of its companies, with the posts that weigh most in the climate account, a factor and a reason on each. Described in Swedish.

Ask an AI about Icons Of.

The site is written to be read by people and by the assistants they use. Ask Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot what we do, or point your own agent at llms.txt, where every page is available as plain text. We are also on LinkedIn.

Book a time.

The button opens our booking calendar. If you would rather write, info@iconsof.se reaches the people on the people page, and one of them answers. We are in Onsala, south of Gothenburg, and most of the work happens in your environment and at your sites.

Menyn: Where we work, How we work, People, Partnerships, Start, EN/SV och knappen till bokningen. Ny sida: Partnerships, på båda språken.

Vad som väntar. Intelligence, Letters, What we build och The Cards är avstängda.

Logotyperna. Listan står i partners i src/lib/site.ts. Lägg en bild i public/images/partners/ och skriv sökvägen i logo; höjd och gråskala sköts av CSS.
